As stylish in the concrete jungle as they are on the beach, "Basho" sandals are covered in NUNO's take on traditional bashofu banana fabric from Okinawa. Woven from cotton coated with a gel of banana fiber, this revolutionary yarn makes use of fronds damaged by typhoons and the leftovers generated from the production of precious bashofu. Handmade in Myanmar as part of a company aid project.
